KIYIZ needed to feel contemporary without losing its cultural foundation.

To translate the identified challenges into a visual direction, I explored multiple approaches across brand identity and digital experience.

Design

Drawing inspiration from the material and its organic nature, the visual direction leans into earthy, nature-inspired tones paired with a more expressive wordmark. This approach reflects the handmade quality of the craft while reinforcing a grounded, modern aesthetic.
